Questions like what is the capital city of Y country, or what is the first colour of a rainbow, plus maths and other stuff.

Problem will be finding a reward that doesn't ruin the balance of economy or hand out free wins, ie: no miniguns as prizes. Will also need disabling on some mission types, so you're not crashing your car in a race trying to type out an answer. Even in normal TDMs or DMs it'd put you at risk of being killed as you're typing, so that is something to remember.

You're gonna need a lot of these before they become repetitive, whereas with math you're able to generate hundreds of thousands of different equations - general question quizzes work out best when admins are in charge of coming up with the questions, we've done so in the past
cant beat the system - go with the flow

Well, that is the issue. You can only put or make so many questions, and they'll be the same until the next time someone has time to change them to different questions. Except for maths related, as you can randomly generate two numbers to do X + Y or F / Y.
